Alix Farhat

As a former Stanford Cheerleader, Alix brings her high energy to create an upbeat atmosphere and dynamic class. Her 60 minute classes emphasize strength and alignment while she channels her past life to motivate and support you through the toughest moments in class. She loves working with all fitness levels and connecting with her students to share her passion for movement (especially burpees) and making sure you leave every class feeling stronger and sweaty…all while smiling.
